General Maintenance Worker

Job type: full time, 35 h/week
Job location: Coulmore Bay Holiday Park, North Kessock, Inverness, IV1 3XB
Starting at: £15/h
Start date: Possible immediate start

Overview

We are a family run caravan park on the shores of the Beauly Firth next to the village of North Kessock. We are looking for someone to work alongside Ali with the general maintenance and upkeep of the holiday park.
The job will be varied and will include grass cutting, strimming, caravan siting, joinery and general repairs. Experience with this type of work is recommended and the job can be physically demanding. You will work with Ali at times but will also need to work independently at times.
We are looking for someone with good people skills and who fits in well with our small team. Although we are initially looking for someone for the season, there is the opportunity to stay on permanently for the right person.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Physical strength to lift heavy loads

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Joinery skills

  • Ground care experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Good at using your own initiative and working independently

  • A full UK driving licence (Essential)

Holiday Accommodation Cleaner

Job type: full time, 28-35 h/week
Job location: Coulmore Bay Holiday Park, North Kessock, Inverness, IV1 3XB
Starting at: £13.50/h
Start date: March/April 2026

Overview

We are a family run caravan park on the shores of the Beauly Firth next to the village of North Kessock. We are looking for two people to manage the holiday accommodation changeovers. 
The job will include changeovers, accommodation upkeep and communication with the guests. Experience with this type of work is a big advantage but we are also happy to train the right person. You will work with another cleaner on busier days but must also be able to work independently. You must be good a time management, organisation and a great eye for detail. You will also be expected to help out with maintenance, grass cutting and and odd jobs when we have quieter letting periods. 
We are looking for someone with good people skills as a big part of the job is interacting with the guests and who fits in well with our small team.

There is the possibility of on site accommodation. 

Although we are initially looking for someone for the season, there is the opportunity to stay on permanently for the right person.

  • Attention to details

  • Cleaning experience is a plus

  • Very good communication skills

  • Customer service skills and/or experience

  • Good at using your own initiative and working independently
