Amenities

We take great care of our holiday site and wish to continually improve it, keeping it quiet, family friendly and dog friendly. We put a lot of thought into the decisions we take for the site and the land around it, with extra care for the environment.

Here we detail the important aspects of our holiday park.

We open the caravan site for the summer season, from 1st April to 31st October, for holiday static caravanning only.

Dog friendly

We love dogs, which is why we want to allow you to let your pet enjoy a holiday with you! You will find below the few rules to follow when bringing your pet along.

Dogs are kept on leads when not in caravans

Fouling is picked up on site and along the shore road and put in a bin

No barking here as we want the site to be relaxing for every guest

You stay responsible for your pet's safety and their behaviour

When booking a holiday with us

If you have more than one dog or another type of pet, please contact us before booking for prior approval

All pets need to be house trained and cannot go on furniture or beds, or be left alone in the property

No extra charge for your pet, please clean up after them

Family friendly
You will find on-site a few essential facilities for a relaxed family holiday, with children and teenager friendly activities, as well as a handy laundrette and a nice picnic area.
In the summer, you might also enjoy the ice-cream van coming to our park, or the fish van from which you can buy fresh local seafood.

Dedicated fenced area with play park facilities such as swings, a see-saw and a slide, all brand new

Games room with ping-pong table, pool table, table football and more

We provide a high chair if needed

Environment friendly
We whole heartedly believe that we need to take care of our environment and our site. The site is set in a unique location along the Beauly Firth and on the Black Isle. We want people to be able to come enjoy the nature and wildlife of our home in their holiday.
The site is a part of the Coulmore farm which has been an organic farm since the 1970s and therefore is home a wide variety of local wildlife, from insects to birds and roe deer to otters.

We keep trying to bring in new ways to be waste free

We provide detailed instructions for the recycling and general waste bins

We expect our guests not to drop litter in nature, which will very easily end up in the sea

We thoroughly clean sponges and cloths in between stays so they can be reused

We also refill the cleaning sprays and the dish and soap liquids with bulk containers

WiFi service
The WiFi on site is provided by a third party and costs 2£/day or 10£/week. Be aware that the internet in the Highlands is not as fast as in the cities, so you might have a limited bandwidth especially in the summer when the site is quite busy.
Our guests have access to their own separate WiFi network and the service is included in their holiday package. The TV is also equipped with Freeview, giving access to many channels.
